This can be used in the shower to help cleanse and exfoliate your skin with the smooth whip and gentle texture of sugar.  This is also a great product to use by the sink to wash your hands after handling some of those pesky foods that leave a lingering odor on your hands.  

Wet skin with warm water, then gently massage onto skin.  Not recommended for facial cleansing.
